Why “Bite-Sized” PD Matters
Traditional PD sessions can be long, infrequent, and disconnected from the day-to-day realities of teaching. At AllSet, we’re reimagining this model with targeted, bite-sized learning experiences that fit into educators’ busy lives.
Our Set for Success modules are designed to be completed in short bursts—whether an instructor has 10 minutes between classes or an hour at home. Each module focuses on a specific, actionable mindset, skill set, or toolset that directly enhances instruction in AllSet programs across STEM, Arts, Life Skills, and Movement.
Learning that Fits Any Schedule (and Any Device)
We meet our team where they are—literally. Our professional development is asynchronous, so instructors can learn anytime, anywhere, on both mobile and desktop. This flexibility ensures that professional growth is not a burden, but a natural and empowering part of every instructor’s week.
Through 90-second videos, quick reads, reflection prompts, and interactive challenges, instructors can engage with meaningful content that’s easy to access and apply immediately in their classes.
