At AllSet Education, we know that powerful learning happens when students feel safe, supported, and inspired. That’s why our classrooms are designed to spark curiosity, foster connection, and build real-world skills—while honoring the identities and experiences of every learner.
A Classroom Culture Built on Care and Growth
Walk into any AllSet classroom, and you’ll see more than just students learning. You’ll see young people engaging, connecting, building community, and persevering through challenges with kindness and respect. These five expectations—posted proudly in every class—are the foundation of our classroom culture:
🌟 I listen & learn.
🌟 I connect & build community.
🌟 I respect myself & others.
🌟 I persevere & grow.
🌟 I am safe & kind.
They’re more than rules—they’re commitments to one another. Our instructors model these values daily, creating classrooms where students thrive academically and socially.
A Consistent Structure That Builds Confidence
AllSet lessons follow a clear and engaging structure that students and instructors can count on. Every session moves through three core phases, aligned with our learning philosophy:
🪴 Grow It (I Do) — Instructors introduce and demonstrate the day’s key skill or concept.
💡 Know It (We Do) — Students and instructors collaborate to explore and practice together.
🚀 Show It (You Do) — Students take the lead with hands-on, independent or small-group work that brings their learning to life.
This structure ensures that every student, regardless of their background or learning style, has a chance to understand, practice, and succeed.
Lessons That Are Engaging, Responsive, and Real
Each lesson is intentionally built to be:
Culturally and linguistically responsive
Differentiated to meet the needs of diverse learners
Trauma-informed to ensure emotional safety
Grounded in guiding questions and real-world relevance
Students might explore animal adaptations by acting like creatures in different habitats, create real crystals, or build resilience by learning how to give and receive feedback. Each lesson ties directly to students’ lives, helping them make meaningful connections that go beyond the classroom.
More Than Learning—It’s Leadership
AllSet instructors don’t just teach; they mentor. They’re trained to recognize growth, adapt instruction, and model the social-emotional skills they want to foster. Our professional development program, Set for Success (SFS), equips educators with tools to lead engaging, inclusive, and empowering classrooms.
Ending Every Lesson With Purpose
Every session wraps up with reflection and celebration. Instructors guide students to connect what they learned with their everyday lives—solidifying knowledge and planting the seeds of lifelong learning.
Because at AllSet, education is not just about mastering content—it’s about building confident, compassionate, and capable people.
