At AllSet, we understand that an effective Continuous Quality Improvement process is ongoing and collaborative with multiple stakeholders. Our AllSet Partnership Model involves a continuous cycle of planning, assessing, and improving our programs in service of equity and excellence.
1. Listen & Learn
Humbled by the opportunity to serve, we approach our partnership with a listening lens. In our first meeting, we seek to understand the unique needs, interests, and goals of your diverse students. We want to know your broad vision for enrichment, key performance metrics, and the stakeholders we can elevate. We share more details about AllSet programs and offerings and brainstorm the best solution for your community.
2. Plan & Prepare
Informed by our Listen & Learn meeting, AllSet crafts a scope of work that maximizes programming given your community goals and budget. Once approved, the AllSet team activates to staff, supply, and situate our programs for success at your site(s).
3. Implement & Evaluate
Once programming launches, we maintain ongoing communication with site staff and district administration to preempt and address potential challenges. Using various methods, we solicit regular feedback from students, families, site staff, district leadership, and our instructors to ensure everything is running smoothly. Internally, AllSet Instructors actively complete Set for Success Modules to continue to hone their mindsets, skill sets, and toolsets for improved student outcomes.
4. Reflect & Renew
Upon completion of a given scope of work, we meet again to reflect together on program successes, equitable impact, key performance metrics, and areas for quality improvement. We look ahead at upcoming programming opportunities and proudly relaunch the Partnership Model.
